A couple quick questions about training…when did you start resting for sectionals? Did you follow the three day protocol? Did you the 25s on slower times all season long?

I am using USRPT for the first time this year with a group of my YMCA swimmers…I think it’s been successful so far…recently however, it seems like they are not completing sets with the same intensity…did you notice that? We are 11 weeks in to our season.
