Well 11.75 and 4 weeks later 11.75 I think answers your question.
How many do you have her do?
What kind of recovery time 1:1 or 1:2 etc.
Do you do any 12.5s or 20s at race velocity?
Any mid-pool work i.e. flag to flag type work.
Just trying to get an idea before creating any thoughts
