Reply To: Help with planning my weeks
I have been doing technical sets (drills,starts,turns)in between the USRPT sets. I also use that time to get in some kicking/pulling (even though based on reading it is not technically USRPT) and even some “fun” stuff.
I have set up a weekly schedule with specific races on each day of the week. We are getting in 3 USRPT sets with recovery in between in 2 hours. Now I need to figure out a tracking method.
