I am a masters coach working with both competitive swimmers and triathletes who are training for anything from sprint tri’s to ironman (2.4miles). I have several swimmers who need to improve their speed but they are training for races that are on the upper limit of usrpt at 1500-2000m. Will usrpt sets of 75s and 100s support that distance? I don’t want to risk them losing some endurance once they go over that 1500m mark.
