I've been coaching swimming for almost 20 years now, in 2003 I took my first full-time paid coaching position where I met another coach from this forum who helped me learn a great deal about coaching, teaching, biomechanics and physiology and I've been using a science-based philosophy since. Mostly I learned to think outside the box, look for answers and ask lots of questions.
