Does anyone have any information for high school specific programs that use USRPT?
I am specifically looking for any ideas or information on “splitting” time in the pool. How to run a program with half the group out and half the group in…. my swimmers are reluctant to give up their lanes when active recovery. How do I foster a more flexible practice. I have tried lane 1 and 6 as warm down lanes…which seems to work some days and other not. I do feel it neccessary to split the group because I have noticed that sets are SO MUCH BETTER when there are only two or three people in a lane. Clear water is pretty essential.
Mostly, when you have disparages with skills— how to separate the groups for what they need….
