    HI, how are you ? I’m an independent swimmer of Uruguay and i am planning my 3months trainning (my english is so bad, sorry)
    Mine times today are:
    400 free: 5.20.00
    100 free: 1.04.00
    100 breastroke: 1.18.45
    My idea is prepare 400 free, 200 free, 50 free (i don’t know what trainning this), 100 fly, 100 breastroke and 100 over (a lifeguard style) and i think something like this:

    3 per week (2h)
    400 ez
    2x(8×25: 15 suabacuatic fly, 10 free ez) @45s
    TRAINNING 50FREE
    200ez
    30×50 @60s r400f
    200ez
    16×25 @35s r100b
    200ez

    2or3 per week (2h)
    400ez
    2x(8×25: 15 kick velocity, 100 free ez) @45s
    16×50 @42 r200f
    200ez
    16×25 @34s r100fly
    200ez
    16×25 @36s r100o

    Can you help my with my planning ? Something to correct, quick or add ? Thanks, my objectives are get low the times
