    Hello,

    I have daughter 10years old.
We want to try practice USRPT,but we only have pool lenght is 20meters,so we confused to choose the number of reps, any coach he can give us advice?
If we want to practice for 100mtr free, how many reps we need to do?
    30*20 or 35*20 or 40*20?

We hope any coach here give us some advice

    Thanks
    Wim

Your daughter is supposed to swim as much reps as she can below her target time. If she can hold the time over a distance of 3-5 times the target race distance she can stop. If you plan for 100m then 15-25 reps should be ok.

I have trained several swimmers using USRPT around that age using a 20yard pool. I found that 16 to 25 works well.
