Having just joined the group I think it only polite to introduce myself. My name is Tony MacGuinness and I coach in the UK (London) now.. but I am looking to move to Queensland, Australia.
My experience of what is now known as USRPT goes way back to my early days as a coach and the two most important people in my swimming life Dr. Sam Freas and Dr. David Salo who for me opened up a new and logical methodology of swim training. Looking forward to exchanging ideas and concepts with this new forward thinking group.
