I’m 51 and have a new goal, swimming open water 3k under 40 mins.
That’s 1:20 of each 100’s.
I just started doing 30×100 mts about 1:20 on 1:40. I’ll put more 100’s, increase the speed and rest less later.
Is this seems optimum for usrpt? What else?
