    I have been thinking about our upcoming meet schedule for high school season. We have a three week stretch with two meets each of the first two weeks and and three meets the third week. That gives us only 8 practices for a 3 week stretch. Would it be a good idea to do some lighter USRPT sets before some of those meets? I am just worried about not getting enough exposures to each of their race paces.

    I wish we could just cut meets out but we can’t. Do any other high school coaches have this problem? How do you deal with it?
