Various people have asked about timing yourself etc and I was wondering whether a tempo trainer could be set up to do this for you. Looking at the manual it says you can have two settings for the beeps but it wasn’t clear what you could do with it. I emailed FINIS and asked them if I could set it up to beep every, say, 30 seconds and then have another beep go off, say, 13 seconds after the first one with this pattern continuing until I stop it. They said that it will do this and I’m going to buy one anyway for its normal use but does anyone have one who can confirm it will do what I want?
Really. I have 32 and 12 of them are the PRO model (3 buttons) tempo trainers. We have used them for over 3 years and done just about everything you can do to them. I have one right now and I’m trying to get it to do it, even went back through the manual. No luck and I tried all 3 modes.
Ask them what mode that’s in.
